A program for lecturers from national and local training institutions and universities, as well as specialists and managers from local government agencies in Indonesia. A particular intention is to support female participants.
Objective. To apply the principles of good public and corporate governance that emphasize public accountability, transparency and value for money, especially through efficiency and effectiveness in local government.
It also aims, that:
• trainers are able to intermediate and realise knowledge and competency in budget
.. management of local administration and municipality
• political decision maker and executives on local administration level (povinces, municipal)
.. are aware the application and advantages of an effective registration system for
.. economical, social and political development
• contribution to a constitutional, democratic and free-market oriented administration, and
