This programme is designed specifically for the staff members of the BI (Bank Indonesia) Directorate of Rural Banking supervision.
Objectives.
The programme's main objective is the exchange of experience of BI and BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) banking supervision to identify possibilities for improvement with regard to new BI Risk Management Requirements and extended SME financing.
Contents. During the 5-day workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of risk management and SME financing through the facilitation of presentations coupled with discussions. The general topics to be covered will be the following:

The workshop will culminate with a summary of the recommendations and results of discussions from the preceding days.
